Payment Policy

Registration / Insurance Fees

The registration and insurance fees assure you a space for your child’s upcoming school year. This payment is required with the registration form. Forms without payment will not be accepted. Please note that both fees are non-refundable.

Material Fees

Each age group has a fee for materials that is paid twice a year. This fee covers the cost of books, workbooks, and additional materials needed for the classroom and activities. These fees will be added to your June and September invoices.


All payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 10th are considered late and will be subject to a $100.00 late fee. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, or money order. Tuition is due regardless of any time missed.

Returned Checks

A $35.00 penalty fee will be added to your bill for any returned checks. Please pay all returned check invoices in full immediately. After 2 returned checks, payments must be made in cash or money order.

Hours and Days of Attendance

Attendance is expected based on the days and times for which students are registered. Each age group has a curriculum that is paid by their material fees. Please be sure to have child in his/her classroom at their scheduled time. If your child is not enrolled in our morning care program they cannot be dropped off before 8:50 a.m.

Make up days are not permitted.

Late payment and Fees

A late fee of $10.00 will be applied for any part of 15 minutes that you are late picking up your child. This includes any time during school hours. The teachers work schedule is based on enrollment. Proper teacher/student ratio must be kept at all times. The reason for this strict policy is to ensure the correct ratio for the Department of Children and Family Services.
